SERVICE CHARGE
A Service Charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all delinquent accounts. All advertisement payments are inclusive of 5% GST Taxes. These charges have not been included in the discounted advertisement pricing.

LIABILITY OF PAYMENT
Publisher may hold advertiser and its agency jointly or severally liable for all sums due and payable to the Publisher.

ADVERTISING DEADLINE
Published bi-monthly, the deadline for reservation of space and copy is one month prior to the insertion issue on the 13th of the month at 3pm.

PUBLISHER LIABILITY
1. The liability of the Publisher of any error or omission or delay for which it may be held legally responsible, shall in no event exceed the cost of the space paid for and occupied by such individual advertisement.

2. Advertisers and their agencies will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the publisher from any claim and all loss, expense and liability arising out of the publication of any advertising copy.

3. The maximum allowable advertising discount level is 20%. This does not apply for Classified Advertisements. For advertisers who qualify for multiple discount categories, a cumulative discount ceiling of 20% will apply.

4.Prepayment will be required from some advertisers as a condition of accepting an insertion.
